RenewalGuard provides contract analysis and extraction features. Outputs are informational only and not legal advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have rights to process.
• Misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
• Use the service to violate any law or regulation.

Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. You can manage or cancel in the customer portal. Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.

Data and content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that extracted outputs are complete or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

We may update these Terms and will post changes on this page.
