Roles

• Customer: Data Controller.
• RenewalGuard: Data Processor for uploaded contract data and account data.

Processing details

We process data to provide the service, secure accounts, and support billing. We only process data on documented customer instructions.

Sub-processors

We use vetted sub-processors for hosting, authentication, email, and billing. A current list is available on request.

Security

We use industry standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest.

Data Subject Rights

We support access, correction, deletion, and portability requests. Requests can be sent to privacy@renewalguard.co.uk.

Data retention

Data is retained while the account is active, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period unless legal obligations apply.

International transfers

Where data is processed outside the UK/EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
